The UAE is accelerating its shift from oil dependency to a green, diversified economy, through energy restructuring, industrial diversification, and international capital partnerships.
In this regard, China and the UAE have carried out in-depth cooperation. China supplies PV, energy storage, and construction technology; the UAE provides capital and market access. The two are jointly developing utility-scale wind and solar projects, evolving their cooperation from simple trade to local manufacturing and ecosystem co-building.
